Fish Gone Wild Update

My 'A Cup of Coffee in the Middle of Mae' fish was auctioned by the Spicer Beautification Committee. Two thirds of the proceeds went back to the committee and each artist received one third. It was pretty exciting, My fish went for the highest bid of the evening. $2,000. A number of people told me that she was their favorite fish sculpture. It's a good feeling to have your work appreciated.

My 'Fish Gone Wild' Sculpture

The name of my sculpture is 'A Cup of Coffee in the Middle of Mae' because each side is painted as a different friend - having coffee together - they both have the name 'Mae' - my middle name.
